Chapel Time

When we have chapel time every Monday, we have to write down the title of what Mr. Berkey or Mr. Trinidad talks about at chapel time. We also have to note down the introduction and outlines (Then we have to turn it into our first period teachers.)
When we enter the chapel, we have to bring our bibles, take a song book, find a seat, and sit down quietly. We start off the day with a song and a prayer. Then we get our papers, pencils, and pens. We jot down what we are supposed to write and some verses.
We have to jot down quickly, because we also have to look in the bible. While we note down bible verses and important notes, the room is quiet except the sounds of Mr. Berkey or Mr. Trinidad, and some whispers. There are also the sounds of pages flipping. The sounds of pens clicking, and the sounds of pens, and pencils writing.
Then all of these distinctive sounds stop and the joyous sounds of singing follows as the piano plays. Then chapel time ends with a prayer. Students and teachers walk out of the chapel. The sounds of scuffling feet starts and ends, then chapel time is over.
