Oral Report



Now the year is 1775, Jerry Cruncher, stops the Dover mail and gives a message to Jarvis Lorry. The message tells Jarvis to wait for Lucie Manette at Dover. Then Jarvis takes Lucie to Paris. In the year, 1780, Charles Darnay becomes accused against the English King and Queen. Charles’ lawyer, Stryver helps Charles. But Stryver ’s colleague, Sydney Carton accompanies Stryver in the courtyard. Then Charles asks Dr. Manette for Lucie’s hand in marriage. Sydney also asked for Lucie’s hand in marriage.

Darnay goes to Paris to rescue Gabelle in prison. But he also gets arrested. Then Carton arrives in Paris with a plan to rescue Darnay. He heard that Lucie and his daughter were going to die with Darnay. Carton then goes to the prison Darnay is in and drugs him. Then he changes his clothes with his and waits for his persecution. Charles and his family were together and they left Paris
