I Am Sorry My Friend, Please Forgive Me

Once, there were two friends. They worked in a parlor. One of the two friends is named Leslie and the other was Suzie. Their salary was a small amount of money. Leslie thought up of an idea and said, "Let's go to New York, I think we will make a lot of money there. I also heard that there are many jobs in New York. But Suzie said, "I don't want to go to New York, I like it here in Michigan. I do not think I will be accustomed to the surroundings of New York because I have been here for so long."

Leslie and Suzie were thinking of a plan to solve the problem they had. Then Leslie asked Suzie, "Hey Suzie, I have a plan, but I am not sure you would like it." "Tell me and I will think about it," said Suzie. So, Leslie said, "Why don't I go to New York and you stay here. We will meet at Sam's Restaurant in about two years. How 'bout that?" "That sounds great, so it is, see you in two years and promise that no matter what unless we are dead, we will meet at Sam's Restraurant at the time we depart tomorrow morning," said Suzie.

After two years, Leslie went to the place where Sam's Restaurant stood two years ago. She waited for her best friend to show up. Then came a tall lady and stopped at where Leslie was. She then said to Leslie, "Hi, who are you wating for, you have been satanding here for quite a while, haven't you?" "Why, hi there, I am from New York and I am waiting for a friend to show up. Her name is Suzie. We departed two years ago and promised that we would meet each other again here no matter what happens to us unless we are dead. I am waiting until 11 o'clock. That is the time we departed each other and I came early just in case she came first," said Leslie. Then Leslie looked at her watch, it was made with precious gems and other expensive materials. Her earings and her rings were solid gold with real diamonds on them. After a while, she went away.

Then at 11 o'clock straight, a policeman went up to Leslie and arrested her for robbing a jewelry store in New York. The policeman then gave Leslie a small piece of paper and on it read:

Leslie: I have heard of the bad deeds you have done,
and I do not want a criminal to be my friend. Leslie, I was the lady
who talked to you, and when I saw that face you had when you
looked at your watch, I knew that you were wanted in New York.
I am sorry my friend, please forgive me.

The Mouse, the Bird, and the Hotdog

Once upon a time, there was a mouse, a bird and a hotdog that lived together. They lived very happily together and they never fought. They had assigned each other jobs to do too. The mouse the responsibility to bring water from the well for them to have fresh water everyday, start the fire, and to set the table, the bird had the job of bringing sticks and the food from the forest for the fire, and the hotdog had the job of cooking their food for them. They had these jobs for a long time and they all did their job.
One day, the bird met another bird. The bird that was taking sticks was telling the bird how great his life was and started to tell the other bird about his friends. The other bird then said,"Oh, you are doing all the hard work here. All the mouse does is after carrying the water and starts the fire, he just lies down to rest until someone calls him to set the tables. Well, the hotdog is lazier, he just waits until it is time to eat then he will get up and stirs the food and he is done cooking." The other listened and thought he might have made some sense.
Then the next day, the bird didn't want to get the sticks for the fire anymore. He wanted to change his job with another job. Even though how the mouse and the hotdog begged, the bird was stubborn and wanted to change jobs. With no other way, they changed their jobs. They then agreed that hotdog would go to get food and sticks for the fire, the mouse will cook, and the bird will get the water from the well, start the fire, and set the table.
Then the hotdog went to get the sticks, the mouse put the sticks on the stove, and the bird started the fire, and they were waiting for hotdog to return with the food. Then after a long time, they thought that something happened to hotdog and the bird flew to check on hotdog. She found hotdog under a dog's paws and was about to eat him. Then the bird flew over there to talk to the dog to let hotdog go, but the dog didn't listen and ate up hotdog. Then the bird went to get the food and told the mouse what happened to hotdog when he got home. Then they went to get on with their lives. The mouse learned what hotdog did before and jumped into the pot and started to twirl, but bofore he could get in to the middle, he died from the heat from the fire. Then when the dog turned around, he didn't see the mouse and thought he was hiding and looked for him in the pile of sticks. He couldn't find him anywhere and shouted his name, but received no answer. He was quite worried about mouse. The bird was left all alone. Then the wheat caught fire. The bird panicked, and then he took the pail and went to the well. He scooped the water in the pail, but the pail was too heavy and the bird fell into the well with the pail and he drowned to death.

MORAL:
You should stick to what you do best. Your body may be adapted to what you are doing now and it may not be smart if you changed it so suddenly. Every person is adapted to what they are doing now and have their own jobs. Because of a little comment, it could affect the people around you.
